This is 20*30 inches stretched canvas, which i BTW stretched myself. Created in January 2015 with the help of Igor Sakharov youtube lesson, which you can visit by clicking on the hyperlink provided.
What i liked about the process of painting this time was forming the majesty of the mountains. I loved balancing shadows and lights. I loved to learn how the snow in the light is almost white while in the shadow – more of a dark blue.
I think i failed building the water reflections this time. In the beginning i thought I would have no problem with that and was positive i would have problems with the mountains. Everything turned out completely opposite:)
