20*30 oil on stretched canvas Fall 2014
I created this painting intending to present it to my family members in Indiana. They are associated with luminosity of light in my mind. So when i came across with an online lesson from Igor Sakharov I knew beforehand that was going to be a present for those relatives.
This was one of those works where in spite of the presence of a guiding online lesson I could express my inner self through wide range of techniques. The impasto style of the sunflowers made it easy and joyful to create.
